Using the service

The service is free for personal, educational and commercial use. You may create, download and share tier lists made with it. Please don’t misuse the service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, overload it or access it in ways it isn’t designed for.

Your content

You own the tier lists you make and the text and images you add. Because the tool runs in your browser, your content stays on your device; we do not receive it and do not claim any rights to it.

You are responsible for the content you use. Only upload images you have the right to use, and respect other people’s copyrights, trademarks and privacy when you share a tier list.

Templates and names

Example items and articles may mention products, brands or games. Those names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification. Their use does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

Our content

The site’s design, code, text and graphics belong to List Tier Maker. You may link to and quote reasonable excerpts from our articles with attribution, but please don’t republish them in full without permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and working well, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features at any time. Saved tier lists live in your browser, so download a PNG of anything you want to keep permanently.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, List Tier Maker is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of data stored in your browser.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
